CGST Ph.D. Program
God is leading a few amazing, servant leaders to become the theological mentors for the next generation.
CGST is looking for men and women who are already proven in Christian ministry. They need several years of experience in an evangelical church or ministry.
Ph.D. students have a passion to know God and His Word. These leaders strongly desire to study at the highest academic level.
They must hold at least an M.A. degree in Bible or Theological Studies. M.Div. degree holders may join the Ph.D. program with advanced standing.
Ph.D. students must be ready to sacrifice significant amounts of time for research and biblical study over the next 4-5 years.
Ph.D. students are good writers, gifted communicators. Their research skills will be polished to become the best in the region.
Ph.D. graduates will train the next generation of Filipino leaders. They will keep churches and ministries on a strong biblical and theological foundation. They will be strong pastors, professors and mentors.

The CGST faculty includes foreigners as well as Filipinos. All the foreign faculty have lived for many years in the Philippines so they can relate to Filipino students.
CGST students are trained to meet world-class standards when they do research and produce papers.
Students do not need to endure drastic climate, dietary changes or cultural adjustments. They remain in their own ministries, applying new ideas immediately.
