New Women’s Dormitory
Si
nce 1986, hundreds of women lived in this wooden dormitory. They are now serving the Lord Jesus in churches, schools, humanitarian organizations, international missions as well as in the marketplace. Old age, humidity, termites, worked together to destroy it. Super Typhoon Haiyan, a.k.a “Yolanda” in late 2013 shook it to the core and weakened its structure. It needs to be replaced with a new building. We ask you to consider taking part in this ministry in Cebu. Student Scholarships
Students come from throughout the Visayas and Mindanao to BTC to be educated and to grow in their relationship with God. They know the importance of education. They know that learning to teach and learning about Jesus is what will help them be able to make a difference in their country, in their world. But many of them come with very little in financial resources. When asked how they expect to pay for their education they say they are trusting God to provide. They are praying. Faculty Educational Assistance
Much is happening in our world and our teachers need to keep current and keep learning. Our teachers sacrifice much time to the education of our students, not only through hours in the classroom, but also in spending time with and mentoring those students. We don’t have the funds to be able to pay them what they might earn somewhere else and so would like to provide them with additional financial resources so that they can continue their education.
